Responsibilities: The Management Trainee positions include entry-level jobs in Marketing, Finance and Operations at the Distributions Company in Wilton, Connecticut. Assignments include: Market Analysis, Advertising/Graphic Design, Sales Support, Field Auditing, M.I.S. Support, Purchasing, Training, and Quality Control. All Associates report directly to Senior Staff Managers.

Qualifications: Management Trainees must have a Bachelors Degree or better. They should be self-motivated and intelligent. They must command excellent communication and customer service skills, and work well with others in a "team" environment. Candidates should enjoy working with dogs, as many of our office staff bring their canine friends to work with them!

Compensation: The salary range for the Management Trainee is $30,000-$45,000 plus Annual Performance Award.
