Responsibilities: An Installer can reasonably be expected
to be promoted to Field Representative within 18 months. A Field
Representative is responsible for the tasks performed by both
the Installer and Field Support positions. In addition, the Field
Representative is responsible for troubleshooting and servicing
Canine Fence's pet containment systems. A Field Representative's
role involves contact with both the customer and their dog(s)
at the customer's home.
Qualifications: Those working in this position must possess
strong problem solving skills in order to provide a solution to
the problems presented in the tasks of the job. The Representative
must possess strong customer service skills, as the position requires
high levels of interaction with the customers. Candidates must
possess strong dog-handling skills, greatly enjoy working with
dogs and enjoy the outdoors (at all times of the year!).
Compensation: The Field Support Representative is paid
hourly and incentives can be earned. First year income potential
is between $32,000 and $42,000, depending on overtime worked and
incentives earned.
